INOXPA has completed the acquisition of YRP Flow Technology, our current component distributor, and Process Partners, engineering company. As a result of this operation, the two companies have merged to form a single entity under the name of INOXPA China.

In 2016, we started our business relationship with YRP Flow Technology as our exclusive distributor in China, mainly bringing our components to the Chinese market. Process Partners was founded in 2015, specialising in the dairy and beverage industries and offering complete turnkey projects.

The new facilities are located in Shanghai area and include:

  • New offices and a showroom.
  • Dedicated area for assembling products for the local market.
  • Bigger warehouse.
  • Experienced team to increase engineering capacity.

INOXPA China will cover a total area of 1.300 m2 of office space including a showroom of about 30 m2 and 2.700 m2 for the workshop including a warehouse and assembly area. All office and engineering staff have already moved to the new location.

This major milestone in the APAC region will help INOXPA to be stronger in China – one of the largest countries on the planet – it will allow the company to continue with the strategic growth plan of the Group.
