Comply with Law 2/2023 of 20 February on the protection of whistle-blowers and the fight against corruption.

Uploading pictures or videos onto the website or social media

In order to upload pictures or videos of our employees, clients, users or minors onto the website or social media, and to collect data to organise a draw or process any other personal data, we first obtain the data subject’s prior express undisputed and informed consent which is given, in the case of the children aged under 14 years, by their parents or legal guardians.

Processing of these pictures observes the proportionality rule, i.e. they are processed strictly for the purpose for which consent has been given only.

Non-relevant data

INOXPA GROUP advises the user that, failing the existence a duly established proxy, no user may use another person’s identity and communicate their personal data, and therefore the user must bear in mind at all times that only adequate, relevant, current, accurate and true personal data regarding the user’s own identity may be provided.

 

How long will we store your data for?

INOXPA GROUP holds your Personal Data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. If there is any change to the term provided for herein, that will be specified in the relevant document.

 

Who will we share your data with?

INOXPA GROUP will only share your data in regard to the services specified and in the cases provided for by law. There will be no international transfers of your personal data.

In the case of social media, all information and content posted by the user will be communicated to and shared with the other users of these social media, given the actual nature of the service.

INOXPA GROUP guarantees absolute confidentiality and privacy with respect to the personal data collected and essential security measures have therefore been implemented to prevent the alteration, loss, unauthorised processing of or access to such data and thereby guarantee data integrity and security.

Social media

INOXPA GROUP does not control the operation of social media and any information posted will therefore be shared by all social media users. In addition, these media allow interaction with other users and the following are therefore a number of things you should bear in mind.

The use of social media is intended to give visibility to and publicise the products developed by INOXPA GROUP.

The same data protection policy set out herein in principle applies to data collection, processing and transfer.

The user must agree:

  • Not to post information that does not meet the requirements as to truthfulness, being in the public interest and observance of personal dignity. In particular, the user shall have to avoid any conduct that potentially violating the principle of non-discrimination on the ground of sex, race, religion, ideology or any other personal or social circumstance, and the right to protection of privacy, reputation and personal portrayal, and the user will be ultimately liable for the truthfulness and lawfulness of the content posted.

INOXPA GROUP does not endorse the opinions given by third parties or the ideology of the profiles it may be friends with on any social media.

 

INOXPA GROUP reserves the right to eliminate from its social networks any information posted by third parties where it violates the law, encourages a violation of the law, or contains messages potentially infringing upon the dignity of people or institutions, and to block or report the profile originating any such messages.

 

Recommendations to users

  • Review and read the general terms of use and the privacy policy of social media when you register.
  • Become acquainted with the possible settings and uses available on the media.
  • Properly set the degree of privacy of the user profile on the social media.
  • Do not post too much information about your personal and family life.
  • Be careful with the audio-visual and graphic content you upload to your profile, especially if other people’s images are to be hosted.
