Installation characteristics Installation characteristics

Two twin installations for storing and dosing flour and sugar, each comprising:

  • big bag station with a bottom extractor and a discharge rotary valve.
  • A suction pump to transport solids from the big bag station to the cyclone via 304L stainless steel pipes.
  • A metal profile structure with three levels for the cyclone, the sieving machine, and the intermediate silo. Comes with a safety guard rail and a cat ladder.
  • Solids are extracted from the cyclone via an ATEX rotary valve with stainless steel blades and sent to the sieving machine
  • 1,600 micron sieving machine to automatically reject foreign particles. Sugar and flour transferred to the intermediate silo.
  • 8m3 volume intermediate silo. Bottom scraper with 3 outlets used to extract solids, feeding 3 mixers simultaneously.
  • Suction pump for transfer via 304L stainless steel pipes to the weighing scale with 1% accuracy.
  • Stainless steel scale with 200kg load cells for dosing to production.
  • Connection to nearby mains water point for dosing water to production lines, with automatic flow and temperature control.
  • A fully automated installation, and control using PLC and Scada Rockwell.

Special features Special features

  • Proprietary manufactured stainless steel parts, including sieves, electrical panels and PLC.
