The company, Tegust Nature, specialises in the manufacture of infusions, teas, and instant drinks, which only contain natural, healthy and organic ingredients.
When preparing infusions, Tegust Nature needed to obtain a smooth blend of different varieties of plants with many different sized particles, along with introducing small amounts of liquids to add aroma to each of their products.
The suction of solids under vacuum was also required to prevent dust during the blending process and to improve ergonomics during the operation.

INOXPA were able to meet Tegust Nature’s needs with the different options available in our range of blending equipment, specifically, solid vacuum suction and liquid injection systems.
Additionally, INOXPA could offer a responsive and local technical support service, which they considered important.
Our project was based on installing blending equipment with a compact and autonomous system, that simply required electrical and compressed air connections, as well as vacuum loading for dust prevention.
This system was also equipped with liquid injection and dosing pump solutions.
- A MBC-250 double cone solids blender for blending of a maximum volume of 160 litres of product.
- A liquid injection system comprised of a membrane dosing pump and spray nozzle with an air injection system.
- A vacuum system comprised of a side channel turbine and a hood filter enabling a vacuum to be created inside the equipment, preventing the vacuum pump from the ingress of solids.
It also includes a system for regularly cleaning / purging the hoses using compressed air.
The system also includes a protective and safety guard rail to ensure that no one can approach the equipment when it is in operation.
- A blend of shredded herbs and leaves of very different particle sizes
- Liquids added to provide aroma during the process
- Vacuum loading for better ergonomics and dust prevention
