This is ATEX certified equipment, enabling the manufacturing of gels with over 70% ethanol content.

 

Additionally, the anchor-type agitator has scrapers and the tank is jacketed and insulated enabling product heating and the manufacture of cosmetic creams at a later date.

The hydroalcoholic gel manufacturing equipment consists of:

  • 1000L atmospheric mixing system with a tank bottom mixer, an anchor-type agitator with scrapers and vertical cowler. It comes with load cells, a heating chamber and insulation, a sampling valve and a small hopper at the upper lid for manual loading of minor ingredients.
  • A progressive cavity pump for transferring the finished product.
  • A horizontal blender for loading solids.
  • Instrumentation for equipment monitoring (levels, temperature probe and flow detector).
  • ATEX certified equipment can be operated in zone 1.
  • A control panel for installation in a non-classified zone.
