Project Project

Froneri was looking for a facility to produce sauces and fruit syrups for ice cream toppings and fillings capable of handling a wide range of recipes, from fruit sauces to caramel and chocolate.

For the customer, it was essential that the system ensured high flexibility and automation to work with different viscosities and reduce dosing and mixing errors.

The facility also needed to comply with all current industry regulations, including ATEX requirements for handling powders.
